Veggie Omelette

Ingredients:

☻ 3 large eggs

☻ 2 tsp milk or heavy whipping cream

☻ 1 Tbsp butter to grease the pan

☻ ¼ cup chopped mushrooms

☻ 2 Tbsp finely chopped white onion

☻ 2 Tbsp finely chopped red bell pepper

☻ 2 Tbsp finely chopped green bell pepper

☻ handful of spinach

☻ ¼ cup shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese mix

☻ Salt and pepper, to taste


Steps:

  1. prep your veggies, cut and dice them to your liking and always wash it.

  2. saute your veggies in the sauce pan first! season with salt and pepper. once done put in a separate bowl

  3. in a separate bowl or directly in the empty greased sauce pan lightly whisk your eggs and milk/cream with some salt and pepper

  4. wait until the edges of the egg "pancake" bubble and slightly crust

  5. now put back in your veggies and sprinkle some cheese on top

  6. get a silicone spatula for best results for this next part. gently fold over the omelette until it takes shape

  7. roll it off the pan to a plate

  8. add some green onion or ketchup or hot sauce for garnish. or maybe even more cheese?
