
Soy sauce chicken

Veggies:
INGREDIENTS:
1 bag of veggies (1/2 white onion, 1 bag of green beans and 1.5 container of mushrooms in this case)
1 bulb plus 0.5 bulb of garlic (yes it’s a lot)
Dash of White pepper
Dash of MSG or salt
A splash of Sesame seed oil
1 tsp Chicken boullion powder
A dash of roasted white Sesame seeds
STEPS:
Flash fry on neutral oil high heat all your veggies for 2-5min
Throw in your minced garlic mix till it browns
Then put in the rest of the seasonings listed above
Once cooked top with roasted sesame seeds

MEAT:
(make sure u double the recipe if u have 4 thighs)
INGREDIENTS:
2 chicken thighs
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1⁄2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp Shaoxing cooking wine
2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1⁄2 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp neutral oil
white sesame seeds (garnish)
STEPS:
Debone/ score your chicken thighs and place into a bowl or Tupperware (to marinate for approx 1hr minimum)
Put all your ingredients into the container with meat
Once marinated on medium high heat oil your pan and Cook each piece until charred approx 5min on each side depending on your stove
Plate and top with sesame seeds and green onions
