Poke sauce #1: Salmon or tuna sashimi cubes
౨ৎ sliced onions
౨ৎ Citrus ponzu
౨ৎ Soy sauce low sodium
౨ৎ Siracha
౨ৎ Sugar
౨ৎ Pepper
౨ৎ Sesame oil
౨ৎ Onion and garlic powder
౨ৎ Minced ginger
౨ৎ Rice vinegar
౨ৎ Mayo
Spicy salmon or tuna:
☁︎ mayo
☁︎ white sugar
☁︎ siracha
☁︎ top w sesame seeds or furikake
Imitation crab meat:
ִֶָ࣪☾. mayo
ִֶָ࣪☾. white sugar
☾. shredded imitation crab meat
misc:
✰ dried seaweed
✰ jasmine white rice (can make sushi rice with 1 tbs of white vinegar to 1tbs white sugar per cup of white rice ratio. its a 1:1:1.
✰ premade eel sauce
✰ siracha mayo
✰ cucumber (remove the seeds)
✰cream cheese
✰ other seafood options like scallops, uni
✰ lemon, jalapenos, crab roe, cilantro

This is sushi bake^ if you have a legit Pyrex Tupperware check if it’s oven safe with the symbol on the bottom of the glass. You can warm up your sushi bake in the oven!
