Quick broiled muscles

Seafood buffet style šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø


Ingredients:

  • 1/4 -1/2lbs frozen muscles (u can use fresh but u gotta find another recipe lol)

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1-2tbs Siracha

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

  • 1tbs of mirin

  • 1tsp sugar

  • 1-2 tbs minced garlic

  • Fresh parsley for garnish



Steps:

  1. Preheat your broiler for 350°F

  2. Rinse your muscles and remove the top shell then place bottom shells with the meat on a parchment lined tray

  3. In a separate bowl mix your Mayo, siracha, spices, garlic, and mirin until u make a sauce

  4. Spread the sauce on top of each muscle meat until it is covered then place in broiler for about 5-10 min or until it makes a nice golden crust

  5. In the mean time rinse and mince your fresh parsley for garnish

  6. Take muscles out of broiler and top w parsley
