Quick broiled muscles

Seafood buffet style š®āšØ

Ingredients:
1/4 -1/2lbs frozen muscles (u can use fresh but u gotta find another recipe lol)
1 cup mayonnaise
1-2tbs Siracha
Pinch of salt and pepper
1tbs of mirin
1tsp sugar
1-2 tbs minced garlic
Fresh parsley for garnish
Steps:
Preheat your broiler for 350°F
Rinse your muscles and remove the top shell then place bottom shells with the meat on a parchment lined tray
In a separate bowl mix your Mayo, siracha, spices, garlic, and mirin until u make a sauce
Spread the sauce on top of each muscle meat until it is covered then place in broiler for about 5-10 min or until it makes a nice golden crust
In the mean time rinse and mince your fresh parsley for garnish
Take muscles out of broiler and top w parsley
