Simple Pastillas De Leche

Ingredients:
1 can of condense milk
2.5 cups sifted Nido dried milk (may need more depending on texture)
1 cup Granulated sugar
Approx 2 ft of cellophane for wrapping
Suggested add on ingredients:
3-4 drops ube flavoring
3-4 drops Pandan flavoring
1 tsp calamansi
Food coloring for events like Easter 🐣
Steps:
Precut your cellophane into 5x inch squares
Pour your granulated sugar on to a separate plate
Pour your one can of condense milk into a large bowl and fold in your dried milk until it creates a cookie dough texture. Soft yet firm.
Take about 1 table spoon of dough and roll it into balls or cylinders and roll each into the graduated sugar until it evenly coats it
Wrapping your candies: make sure the wrapper looks like a diamond and place your pastillas de leche horizontally or in the center of the wrapper then twist both lateral sides or twist once similar to a dumpling
I highly suggest to keep it cold until serving since it may melt
