Hot pot (single serving)

Ingredients:

  • Thin sliced beef/ brisket

  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic

  • 4-5 green onions cut to 3-4inches long

  • mushrooms (shiitake or enoki)

  • bean sprouts (optional)

  • Seafood is optional (fish balls, muscles, shrimp, etc.)

  • Firm tofu

  • 3 Tbsp gochugaru

  • 3 Tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 Tosp fish sauce

  • 2 Tbsp soup soy sauce

  • (Optional) 1/4 tsp beef dashida

  • 1 packet sagol beef broth or 2-3 cups of bone broth enough to cover the contents

Side sauce #1:

  • crunchy peanut butter

  • Soy sauce

  • Sesame oil

  • Chili slices/oil (optional)

  • Cilantro (chopped)

  • White onion diced


Side sauce #2:

  • lime ponzu

  • Minced garlic

  • Minced ginger

  • Sliced scallions

  • Sesame seed oil
