Ingredients:
Thin sliced beef/ brisket
1 Tbsp minced garlic
4-5 green onions cut to 3-4inches long
mushrooms (shiitake or enoki)
bean sprouts (optional)
Seafood is optional (fish balls, muscles, shrimp, etc.)
Firm tofu
3 Tbsp gochugaru
3 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tosp fish sauce
2 Tbsp soup soy sauce
(Optional) 1/4 tsp beef dashida
1 packet sagol beef broth or 2-3 cups of bone broth enough to cover the contents

Side sauce #1:
crunchy peanut butter
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Chili slices/oil (optional)
Cilantro (chopped)
White onion diced
Side sauce #2:
lime ponzu
Minced garlic
Minced ginger
Sliced scallions
Sesame seed oil
