10yo F pt h/o ASD, epilepsy, past abnormal EEGs. Pt on oxcarbmazipine. Photic seen at 12hz. Pt had occasional abundant bursts of generalized SW discharges throughout the rest of the recording and would often state her head hurts a lot or feels dizzy during each SW. pt was unable to sleep during exam.
