4yo w/ a de novo, heterozygous mutation of MECP2 gene aka Rett syndrome was on clonazepam and diazepam

5yo increase in Szs only taking clonazepam

Pic 5-10:

5yo Rett syndrome dad says sz happen during sleep but has been happening during awake and pt has fallen at school

Pt on clonazepam diazepam lamotrigine

Pic 11-13:

7yo decrease in clonazepam from 1.25mg to 0.25mg  still on diazepam and lamotrigine

Did photic twice at 9hz to confirm increase in rhythmicity from flashes and did not proceed further too risky.
