MRI Perinatal infarct at birth

MRI report: “encephalomalacia/gliosis involving the left frontal-parietal lobe/operculum and insula with apparent ASI hypoperfusion. a smaller left superior teuporal gyrus and mild wallerian degeneration. slight asymmetric rotation of the left hippocampus.”
Basically, this patient had an undiagnosed stroke while in the womb resulting in seizures, the imaging essentially shows how the brain is connected by “cob webs” around the abnormal left side gap.
EEG related history:
Sz Onset: 12 years old
Aura: right hand tingling and numbness, loss of control
Semiology: impaired awareness, nausea/ dizziness
GTC x 1
Post-ictal: fatigued
Triggers: stress, sleep deprivation
Duration: seconds to 25 minutes
> Frequency: 1-3x/week
Can Cluster: Last time was a few years ago
